Studio One: Penny Prima

A passion for music, movement, and dance, combined with a love of imagination, creativity, and adventure, is at the heart of the Penny Prima designed course. 


The Penny Prima course offers a supportive environment where participants can explore various dance styles and embark on exciting dance adventures.

Studio One: Sugar Babies 1

7:30p - 8:30p

Sugar Babies is a specially designed course that combines the art of majorette dance with the dynamic energy of HBCU Movement & Parade Training style empowering students to excel as multifaceted performers. 


The Sugar Babies course offers comprehensive training, teaching students to seamlessly integrate dance movements with baton twirling, marching, and formation practices. 


Age Group: 6 to 9


Duration: 60 Minutes

Studio Two: Hip-Hop

Hip hop dance is a freestyle street dance style that originated in the 1960s and 1970s in New York City. 


It's powerful form of self-expression that incorporates elements of other dance styles, such as tap, ballet, and African dance. 


Age Group: 9 to 12

Studio Two: Acrobatics 1 (Age Group: 6 to 8)

Jazz dance is a vibrant, expressive, and social dance style that originated in New Orleans at the turn of the 20th century. 


It's high-energy style is characterized by a number of features, including improvisation, call and response, isolation, syncopation, polyrhythm & individualism.


Age Group: 9 to 12


Duration: 60 Minutes

Studio One: Pre-Tap

Pre-tap dance course are for young children to learn the basics of tap dance, and often include music and movement activities 


Benefits of Pre-Tap dance course includes: 

  1. Emphasize the importance of music, and can help dancers become musical and accomplished performers 
  2. Stay in tune with the rhythm, coordination and balance
  3. Loosen up your ankles with limit ankle movement and 


Duration: 60 Minutes

Studio Two: Ballet Tech 2

Ballet technique level 2 is a style of dance that emphasizes graceful, fluid movements, correct form, and storytelling. Some aspects of ballet technique include:

Studio Two: HADM Jazz

HADM jazz course offers a supportive Intermediate jazz dance environment for students who have already gained a foundation in jazz dance to further develop their skills and technique. 


HADM Jazz is designed to refine the execution of fundamental techniques and  introduce more complex movements. 


HADM jazz students can expect to explore a range of advanced concepts, including

Level two multicultural dance is a way to learn about different cultures and traditions through dance, and can help people understand and appreciate the diversity of the world

Liturgical dance is a series of steps and movements that are performed to music. 


Liturgical dancing also involves steps, movements, and music. Some liturgical dancers do not use only music but sometimes dance to a reading of the words from the Bible

Cheer dance is a style of dance that combines cheerleading moves with dance, and is often performed to upbeat music. Cheer dance includes: 

  1. Fast-paced movements
  2. Formations.  
  3. Individual expression
  4. Incorporation of other dance styles such as jazz, acro, and hip hop.


Age Group: 7 to 13

Progression dance course focuses on teaching students how to move across the floor using combinations of movements, jazz techniques such as turns, jumps, and leaps, and also include elements of changing direction, weight, and level. 


The benefit of progression dance includes spotting your head to avoid dizziness, and looking where you are going with each half turn 


Age Group: 12 and up

Studio Three: Teen Jazz Fusion

Teen jazz fusion dance course combines elements of jazz, ballet, and modern dance to create an expressive, dynamic, and energetic style. 


Teen jazz Fusion benefits dancers to develop a solid technical base, learn new choreography, and increase their flexibility and strength.

Studio Three: Musical Theater

5:45p - 6:45p

Musical theater dance is  a jazz-based course filled with Broadway style dancing and music also  Involving a combination of dance and choreography that complements the dialogue and music in a musical. 


Musical theater dance emphasizes expressions that can convey ideas, emotions, and character traits, and can be used to explore the psychology of a character. 


Age Group: 10 and up
